Chaturanga Without Fear: A Possible Path for All Levels
Teacher: Praba Karan
This workshop focuses on Chaturanga, one of the postures most frequently perceived as challenging within yoga practice. However, experience shows that it is not an ability reserved for a few, but a process that can be developed when its foundations are understood and approached progressively.
The session invites you to explore this process. Through specific activations, functional variations, and clear technical guidance, you will recognize how to approach the posture from your own starting point, gradually building stability and control, and allowing Chaturanga to find its natural place within your practice.
